CNC MILLING

At Ejnar Hansen Maskinfabrik, CNC milling is a process that has developed positively in recent years, and today we have the most modern milling equipment on the market. We also see several cases where we successfully move milling processes to our advanced turning/milling centers, in order to achieve a more optimal process, where the workpiece can typically be accessed with several tools in parallel, thus reducing cycle time. If you have a need for the production of milled parts, in larger or smaller series, please ask us, together we will find the optimal solution.

FACE AND CYLINDRICAL GRINDING

SHARP ACCURACY AND OPTIMAL FINISH

Many of our existing customers are active in the "hydraulic components" segment, and for this sector, surface and cylindrical grinding is often a necessary technology to master in order to achieve the desired goals.

At Ejnar Hansen Maskinfabrik, we master the area of surface grinding ourselves, and for internal and external cylindrical grinding, as well as centerless grinding, we have allied ourselves with some of Europe's leading suppliers in this area. Based on the idea of offering our customers a flexible and quality-conscious one-stop subcontractor, we naturally take care of the logistics from turning, thermal deburring and hardening to, for example, grinding and delivery of the finished product.
